They’re one of the most recognisable names on the high street and the first print company to attain Business Superbrand status. Now, with the help of design company The Partners, they’re updating their look, feel and language. It’s intended to reflect an evolving offer that includes everything from design and print to display and finishing – for businesses ranging from start-ups to big blue-chips. I was brought in to work on the new tone of voice and accompanying launch literature, all with a strong story-telling theme. The rebrand is being trialled in various centres and will then be rolled out nationwide.



STOP PRESS: Happy to report that the rebrand recently secured the ‘Best Overall Marketing Campaign’ at the 2007 Franchise Marketing Awards. The roll-out continues nationwide, with the final store scheduled for completion in the summer of 2008.
